Since 1981, we have successfully completed a wide range of technology projects for small to medium businesses throughout the Bay Area. PC Professional has developed a methodology for Technology Projects to ensure that our customers have limited interruptions and roadblocks.

Here’s how our process works:

Your project is first assigned an Account Manager
Our internal team determines which solution will fit your IT and business needs
With your approval, our IT Consultants create a project plan
Research and Testing- We have the ability to set up a network identical to your configurations in our Technology Lab. This step is essential because having a trial run will alert our technical engineers of any obstacles that could occur during actual implementation.
Once all tests have been completed and we have a detailed plan for your project, our Technical Engineers are ready to implement.
After implementation has occurred, we train your IT staff on the solution to ensure all of their questions are answered and they feel comfortable.
