Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business and managing accounts. In this role, you will solve client problems through consultation and develop network proposals to corporate clients.

Position requirements:

• Strong technical comprehension
  
• Ability to generate business and solve client needs
  
• Excellent organization skills with demonstrated practice of appropriate follow-up
  
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
  

Education:
BS/BA, Technical education and/or experience is a plus

Field Service Engineer

Field service engineers will work on short term and long-term field projects. We seek candidates who have field experience and demonstrate skills in the following areas:

• Desktop hardware/software troubleshooting skills in Windows 3.x, 95, 98, NT 3.x and 4.x, 2000, XP Professional 2000, 2003
• Server Installation / Integration skills for NT 3.x, 4.x/Netware 3.x, 4.x, 5.x, and Print Services
• LAN/WAN infrastructure skills, Hubs/ Switching and routing data networks
• Thorough understanding of various protocols and networking topologies
• Must have a car
• MCSE required
