The California Teleconnect Fund (CTF) is a government program by California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) that provides qualified nonprofits 50% off in discounts on eligible advanced telecommunication services (including internet and broadband) from participating carriers in the program. 

CTF supports K-12 schools, libraries, community colleges, government-owned hospitals and health clinics, community-based organizations (CBOs), and healthcare CBOs. To see if you are eligible for the CTF program, you must fill out an application to the CPUC.
