PC Professional was asked to assist with the revamping process that was used by a County to manage over 2 billion dollars in construction and facility management. After assessing the existing environment, we decided that SharePoint would be the best tool to automate the sharing of critical project management data across a department encompassing remote employees. Today, all employees have access to project information in real time from any device. The interface developed has resulted in tremendous cost savings to the County and allows for collaboration in real time. We have now taken the next step to be the lead consultant on everything IT for the department including application development, security, future planning and vendors relations.
